Identification
All passengers require Photo Identification. Passport, drivers license, and state issued identification card (not work ID) similar to a drivers license are valid forms of identification.

Cancellation and No Show Fees
Cancellations outside of 48 hours are subject to a $35.00 per person processing fee. For cancellations inside of 48 hours, the customer will be charged in full. Customers will receive credit for travel over the next year from date of travel. No-shows will be charged full fare. We will make changes in dates of travel subject to availability without charge. Management and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of Grand Canyon Tours Inc. and its dbas are strictly limited; tour participant agrees that maximum liquidated damages shall not exceed the tour price. GCTCO Inc. is responsible only in the capacity for making arrangements for tour services, including hotels, sightseeing, transportation, guides, and meals from various suppliers (collectively “Suppliers"). The itineraries provided or shown are subject to revisions, including substitution of hotels, activities, routing and equipment used in performing our services as offered. The suppliers are not agents, servants, employees or joint ventures of GCTCO Inc, but are Independent Contractors proving travel services to GCTCO Inc. GCTCO Inc. is not liable for any damage, including personal injury, accident, personal loss or other expense, from any cause, act or omission by Suppliers or their parties. Tour participant agrees that by utilizing the travel services of Suppliers, that tour participant will look to suppliers for any damages of any kind. GCTCO Inc. is not responsible for any purchases made during the tour. GCTCO Inc. is not responsible for the costs of any medical treatment required during your tour, nor is GCTCO Inc. responsible for the quality or lack thereof; of medical care you may receive while on your tour. GCTCO Inc. and/or its agents are not responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late departures, change of schedule, strikes or other conditions. GCTCO Inc is not liable for any wrongful, neglect or unauthorized acts or omissions of any travel agent or agency. Legal proceedings by or against GCTCO Inc. may be instituted only in a state or federal court within the State of Nevada, and any claim involved in such proceedings shall be decided in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. GCTCO Inc. reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour at any time before or during the actual operation of the tour. GCTCO Inc. reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time. In computer or human billing error GCTCO Inc. reserves the right to re-invoice with the correct billing. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to GCTCO Inc. Your email address and name, street address and telephone numbers are stored in our database. GCTCO Inc will not sell, rent, trade, or give your name, email address or any other personal information to any other organization. However, GCTCO Inc reserves the right to release information to comply with the law, enhance safety of passengers, to protect the property of GCTCO Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, employees, users, or others.
