Hummer Desert Safari Tour
Buckle up and get ready for the adventure of a lifetime!
Silver! Lead! Gold! Actually it was the discovery of silver which brought men to Nevada seeking their claim to riches found in the desert.
Hundreds of ghost towns dot the vast Nevada landscape reminiscent of the once booming mining towns. Your desert safari tour by hummer will take you 34 miles southwest of Las Vegas to the early mining town of Goodsprings, Nevada where you will travel off road on the same trails cut by early prospectors.
Visit the old Pioneer Saloon and Poker Parlor, general store and signs of long deserted mines established in the 1860"s. Take in the incredible views at 4,000 feet of the mountains, multi-colored cliffs and stone formations; works of mother nature over thousands of years.
Your guide will share the fascinating history of prospectors, gun fighters and entrepreneurs who struggled to survive.
Keep your cameras ready since we may encounter Big Horn sheep, wild Burros, mustangs and even the elusive Kit Fox.
