Customer’s Responsibilities and Policies

In Las Vegas, as in other parts of the world, tipping is customary and accepted. We feel it is a private matter and it is not included in the cost of our tours. Tipping guides can be found in various tourist guides and magazines. Whatever amount you choose to give, it is at your discretion and should be based upon service provided by those who attend you. Please do not feel pressured, but any tip received is always appreciated.

Pickups

Your exact pick-up time and location will be provided at the time of booking or via email. (Please be aware that all times are approximate. We cannot guarantee return times, weather or traffic conditions. We recommend that you do not make show reservations or schedule flights from Las Vegas on your tour date. Please call us at 702-655-6060 if you are not picked up at the confirmed time. Do not wait more than five minutes without calling.

Fuel Surcharge

It is important to us that our customers understand we have done an outstanding job of maintaining the lowest prices over the past five years. Although the fuel prices are high and creating higher prices, we are committed to maintaining the same base rate. This, also, allows our customers to order in advance a tour at a discounted rate. Rather than raise the base rates that would result in a permanent higher base price, we have enacted a system allowing us to recover in real time the added fuel cost. Experience has shown that this is the most efficient method of handling the rising and falling fuel cost.

We thank you for your understanding and promise that as prices fall we will act swiftly to discontinue the collection of the current fuel surcharges that apply to your tour.

Travelers Needing Special Accommodations

Persons needing special assistance for walking, dinning, or other personal needs must be accompanied by an able companion and must notify us at the time of booking. Certain trips and tours are not wheelchair accessible. If you require a wheelchair, you must provide your own small collapsible wheelchair. We cannot guarantee all locations we visit are wheelchair accessible or the equipment the various carriers we utilize to perform the tours have accessibility with the equipment they provide.

Identification

All passengers traveling are required to present Photo ID. Passports, driver license or a state issued ID cards (not work ID) similar to a driver license are valid forms of ID.
