Grand Canyon Tour Company was delighted to be National Geographic's purveyors for their fall photo journalist tour.

A unique way to see the Las Vegas area was planned to entertain National Geographic guests to a hot air balloon ride.

The day began with a limousine hotel pick-up for the photographers along with National Geographic well known photo journalist, Steve Mc Curry. While traveling to the balloon site a light breakfast of croissants, cheese, champagne and juices were served.

Upon arrival at the Lone Mountain Park they embarked into the balloon gondolas. Up, up and away they went into the clear, blue sky. The light breeze quietly swept them over the beautiful Las Vegas valley.

A light brunch awaited the balloonists when they returned to the park. 

Their return trip to the hotel was provided by private limousine transportation.
