Each of the exceptional rooms has stunning views of red rock canyon walls, the beautiful La Sal Mountains, or the private park. The southwestern inspired guestrooms, some with a private balcony, are especially designed to enhance subtle desert hues and earthy accents to provide you the perfect relaxation following a day of sightseeing and adventure. Rooms include in room coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, MP3 player alarm clock radio, 47 inch flat panel TV with premium channels, hairdryer, full-size ironing board and iron. Reservation Information: Children under the age of 12 stay for free. All no-shows as well as cancellations less than 4 days prior to arrival will be charged with the room charge times the number of nights reserved. There are no refunds for early departures. Cancellation Policy: A $35 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations from the time of booking to five days prior to the check-in date. All cancellations inside of four days of the check-in date will be charged for all the room nights that were reserved for you. A no show will be charged for ALL the nights reserved - no refunds.
