Transportation
Deluxe minibuses are used on local hoppers; large luxury coaches are used between Ontario and Las Vegas. A 15 minute window will be given for pick up and drop off from select hotels.
Baggage Policy
Maximum of two bags and one carry on per person. Control of baggage is passengers responsibility. Per our tariffs, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage unless due to proven negligence. In this case, our maximum liability is $275 per bag unless additional insurance limits are prepaid by passenger. All baggage must have proper identification and be claimed upon arrival.
Rates
All fares are in U. S. Dollars and guaranteed upon reservation and confirmation.
Tipping
Is acceptable and at the sole discretion of the passenger.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to charge up to full fare for no shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Rooms and tours require a minimum of 72 hours notice.
Refunds
Are not given for delays or inability to travel safely due to weather or traffic. A rain check may be issued when appropriate.
Responsibility
We act as agents only for other business establishments and cannot be held liable for their actions. We reserve the right to alter our equipment, routes or schedules and also decline service to anyone at any time if we determine it's in the interest of passenger safety, comfort, or our company's well being.
