- First Course - Caesar Salad with garlic croutons and shaved parmesan cheese
- Entree (choice of) - Roasted free-ranged chicken with asparagus, jasmine rice and banana curry sauce OR grilled ribeye steak with garlic mashed potatoes and port wine glaze OR seared Atlantic salmon with parsnip puree and lemon-pepper beurre blanc
